More About Matt, Turn-Key Founder
You might want to know a little more about my background – and maybe a bit about me as a person. If not, just skip this section, no worries.
I got my start on the internet in 2013, when I started a little blog about gardening and garden tools (it’s still kicking). I fell in love with the web design process, and began devouring everything I could related to design, development and typography. I built my first client site in 2016, and haven’t looked back.
After a number of years designing and building sites, I realized that most businesses need more than just a pretty website, and so I turned my mind to local SEO and marketing. I wanted to understand what it takes for a site to grow its traffic, leads and sales.
A few years later, Turn-Key Local was born, which combines web design and development with local SEO and marketing, a powerful combo for most service-based businesses.
When I’m not online, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids, tending to our 5-acres in Oregon and playing pickleball.
